Allan Kane speaks of when the Wānaka population was 700 and Allan was one of three people who skied. These enthusiasts were the first to ski at Treble Cone.
Allan owned Glenfoyle Station and talks of his family’s involvement on the station, as well as his highly active involvement in the Upper Clutha Community. Some of the topics Allan talks about include being part of the formation of the Central Lakes Trust; on the NZ Wool Board; and until 2024, Chairperson of Central Otago Health Services.
