Ethel Templeton

Topics: Albert Town, family life, community groups

Ethel, newly married to Ralph Templeton, arrived to live in Albert Town in 1954. After the “culture shock”, she describes the changes in the area since then, from helping Grandma (Ivy Templeton) to cater for the community, bringing up her family, community fundraising, and becoming involved in running the ‘workshop’ (Templeton & Sons Engineering).
